What should I clarify before asking to separate parts of an order?
Review all resulting quantities before accepting the revised summary. Keep important instructions attached to the correct portion of the order.
What should I do if a receipt or invoice contains an error?
Compare the document with the relevant purchase confirmation first. Clarify which entry needs correction when more than one is listed.
How can I describe the timing of an order issue accurately?
Avoid assuming that nearby events necessarily caused each other. Check whether automated messages arrived later than the underlying action.
